At the moment, Kia is planning on which EV would be suitable for the Indian market. The company recently launched the newest versions of their famous Kia Seltos and Kia Sonet into the Indian market. With 3 models in the market at the moment – Sonet, Seltos, and the Carnival, they are looking forward to launching more MPVs. As India does not have all the necessary facilities for an EV to run on the roads at the moment, Kia is in the process of analyzing what EV to be released in India.
Hyundai is also looking to release an EV soon, and there are possibilities that Hyundai and Kia might work together on this vehicle as they released Kia EV6 with the partnership of Hyundai.
